This menswear season was distinguished and high-energy, with plenty of high-profile celebrity appearances, marking a return to form for the category after the rise of co-ed shows kid amiri shoes

In Paris, Louis Vuitton and Dior were standouts against the backdrop of the major reshuffle at LVMH, including CEO changes for both of the group’s leading houses. Louis Vuitton’s mega show marked the last under CEO Michael Burke, who will pass the baton to Pietro Beccari, while Delphine Arnault attended her first Dior show as the next CEO of the house. Backstage, she congratulated Kim Jones, artistic director of Dior men. It was also K-pop star and BTS member Jimin’s first show as a Dior ambassador, who sat front row next to his BTS peer J-Hope. Both shows drew big crowds of fans outside the venues.
So did Saint Laurent. For the first time since he was appointed Saint Laurent creative director in 2016, Anthony Vaccarello presented a men’s collection on the Paris schedule. The show, held in the Bourse du Commerce, which houses the Pinault art collection, garnered positive reviews. “Long, tall, lean, chic,” wrote Vogue Runway’s Sarah Mower.
