MCM has released the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2020 collection, a neon-tinged take on Berlin‘s disco and techno club culture. Referencing the colors and shapes of both genres, the range melds the glamor of disco with the futuristic edge of techno.
MCM’s signature Visetos monogram is applied to separates and leather goods including silk trousers, sweatpants and pastel pink mini bags. Striking neon orange-red punctuates the collection in the form of a zippered bomber jacket, leather trench coat and hoodie with exaggerated blouson sleeves. Ultra-flared pants and silver-accented purses nod to the silhouettes and color schemes of rave fashion.
MCM’s SS20 collection is available in-store and on the brand’s website. In related news, MCM released a gender-neutral lounge and sleepwear collection.
