Lick Honest Ice Creams has revived its Tres Leches ice cream flavor in honor of Fiesta, featuring airy sponge cake soaked in sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and salted caramel. The sweet treat is folded into house-made dulce de leche ice cream.
