'Immediately stop using': Health Canada is recalling some Spirit Halloween costumes over concerns of

Health Canada is issuing a recall for various Spirit Halloween costumes due to a chemical hazard.

The hat accessory in the recalled police officer costumes "may contain lead in excess of the allowable limit established by the Consumer Products Containing Lead Regulations," the recall said.

The recall does not affect products that are labelled "Made in China" as the affected hats do not contain this label.

The following products are affected by the recall:
