What is the carrot for the players what they can chase?

Get that winning feeling back. We want that momentum but unfortunately It didn’t quite happen, I thought we did well against Derby and I thought we could’ve won that game. Against Wycombe not so good, they played direct but we had more possession, they’re fighting for promotion, there are signs we can control games better it’s just the set plays. The carrot is winning and giving the fans something to hold onto, the fans haven’t had many wins.

You certainly need snookers; is there a bit of pride you can take from going as deep as you can into the season at this stage?

I just want to win a game for the fans, give them some confidence going into next season wherever that will be. You don’t want to go into the summer with a few defeats, you want to break that and try and be in the same division but we really do need snookers. The team is capable of winning games so hopefully we can do that in the next one.
