Biden hosts Halloween while bracing for a midterms nightmare and avoiding campaigning in crucial sta

Joe Biden spent Monday night handing out Halloween candy to little kids at the White House for over an hour as Democrats try to avoid a nightmare scenario in next week’s election.

The president, along with Jill Biden and granddaughter Naomi, welcomed the children of local firefighters, nurses, police officers and National Guard members for trick-or-treating at the White House.

The rain didn't keep the kiddos away even some Democratic candidates have been shy about appearing on the campaign trail with the president.
